We had some major problems with our computers. We are a staffing service which uses a lot of data. one of our main computers was locked up and non functional. Dan responded right away and was able to get this computer working. This computer had some major system issues which Dan fixed. The email user for the computer had 100,000 emails in the active folders, along with 354 gigabytes of data. Dan was able to clean the mess up and make the computer run better than it ever has. He also setup some back up drives for some very important programs. He is very honest in the work he does unlike other computer repair companies.

We have use a few companies in the past but none has even come close to the service we received from Wicked Mojo. They are very professional, responsive and have the pride in their work factor which seems to have disappeared now a days. Dan has set us up on a monitoring software which will let him know immediately if an issue arises.

Dan did a great a great job for me this month when my Dell Studio laptop unexpectedly died and I had not recently backed it up. He diagnosed the issue for no charge and was honest in explaining that the price to fix it was not worth it. In its place, I got a beautiful refurbished Dell Vostro laptop with Windows 7 (my request) and better capabilities than my old laptop. He saved all of my important old files, set up my new computer, and had it all ready within 2 business days. The price was a real bargain and the convenience factor was huge.There was no wait to see him and he provided personalized attention throughout the process.
